Website, estimates, and booking requests

Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Advanced Auto Repair & Detailing website. They explain what our online tools can and cannot do before your vehicle is inspected and a repair order is authorized.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Important service disclosure: A website quote, planner result, chat response, form submission, or appointment request is not a repair authorization and does not approve charges. Repairs require the shop's applicable inspection, required disclosures, and written repair order or other legally valid authorization.

1. Acceptance and purpose

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.

Advanced Auto Repair & Detailing, located at 237 E Washington St, North Attleboro, MA 02760, provides automotive repair and detailing services. This site provides information, request tools, and links to third-party services. It is not an emergency service.

2. Estimates, planners, pricing, and diagnostics

Online service prices, calculators, planners, and quote requests are preliminary planning tools based on the information available at the time. They may not identify all needed parts, labor, diagnostics, vehicle-specific requirements, taxes, fees, prior damage, or conditions discovered during inspection.

Final scope, availability, timing, and price depend on the vehicle, inspection or diagnosis, parts availability, and the repair order. We will not use these Terms to override a specific advertised price or a written service commitment. Where applicable, a specific advertised repair price is subject to the stated scope, included parts and labor, and disclosed conditions.

Interactive repair-planner details remain in the visitor's browser session unless the visitor copies or provides them. The current planner does not automatically write structured details into AutoLeap. At a future Shopmonkey cutover, any new data flow will be disclosed before it becomes active.

3. Booking and repair authorization

Submitting a quote request or choosing a calendar time is a request for contact or an appointment, not a promise of availability and not a repair authorization. We may need to confirm the request, gather information, inspect the vehicle, or reschedule.

Before chargeable repairs begin, the shop will follow the applicable repair-authorization process. In Massachusetts, this generally includes a repair-specific written authorization and other required pre-authorization disclosures. Additional or changed work requires the applicable customer authorization before it is performed. A general website Terms acknowledgement is not a substitute for a written repair order or any required repair authorization.

Diagnostic, estimate, storage, old-parts, warranty, cancellation, delay, and towing terms, if applicable, are handled in the shop's service process and on the repair order or other service documentation. Contact us with questions before authorizing service.

4. Website forms and communications

Provide accurate information and only information you are authorized to provide. Do not submit payment-card data, bank-account information, Social Security numbers, driver's-license details, account passwords, or other sensitive information through this site or chat.

When you request a quote, appointment, or callback, you authorize us to respond regarding that request using the contact details you supplied. This does not create consent to recurring automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts. Any future promotional messaging program will use its own separate opt-in and opt-out process.

We may decline, limit, or delete submissions that are unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, spam, or contain unsafe or inappropriate content.

5. Chat and informational content

Website chat may use an AI-assisted service. It is intended for general customer support and routing, not a vehicle diagnosis, safety determination, legal advice, warranty decision, final price, or availability guarantee. Do not rely on chat for urgent safety concerns. Contact the shop directly or seek emergency assistance as appropriate.

We work to keep site content current, but service descriptions, availability, images, prices, promotions, and other content can change or contain errors. Please call us to confirm any material detail before relying on it.

6. Third-party services and links

This site may link to or embed third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Examples include:

  • AutoLeap: the current external appointment-request platform.
  • Synchrony: an external financing provider. Financing applications and credit decisions are handled outside this website.
  • Google, social platforms, and review sites: used for maps, directions, reviews, and social links.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not mean we endorse every third-party statement or product.

7. Reviews, feedback, and user content

By submitting a review, feedback, image, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display, and respond to that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law and our moderation process.

We may moderate, decline, remove, or not publish submissions. A submitted review is not automatically published.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

The site's text, design, photos, videos, logos, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes related to considering or obtaining our services.

You may not scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer, interfere with, introduce malware to, impersonate others through, or use the site in a way that harms the site, our customers, or our business.

9. Disclaimer and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free website operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, disclosures, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable Massachusetts and Rhode Island consumer-protection and repair-service requirements.

These website terms do not replace the terms of a signed repair order, invoice, specific warranty, financing agreement, or other transaction-specific document. Those documents control their respective subject matter.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law, except where another law or nonwaivable consumer right applies. Any forum or remedy available by law remains subject to applicable consumer-protection requirements.

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or technology changes. The Last updated date shows the latest version. Continued site use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
