Your information and choices

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Advanced Auto Repair & Detailing handles information collected through autorepairma.com, our website forms, and related support tools.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Important: Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, payment-card or bank-account details, insurance account details, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through website forms or chat. Call us if you need to discuss a sensitive matter.

1. Scope and contact

This Privacy Policy applies to this website, our online repair and detailing inquiries, quote requests, chat support, review submissions, and website-related communications. It does not govern third-party websites, including AutoLeap, Synchrony, Google, Meta, social platforms, or other services you choose to open from our site.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to advancedauto237@gmail.com, or mailed to 237 E Washington St, North Attleboro, MA 02760. Please include enough information for us to reasonably verify and respond to your request.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information generated while you use the site.

  • Service and contact requests: name, phone number, optional email, vehicle year/make/model, requested service, preferred date, and the details you provide about your vehicle or concern.
  • Interactive planners and estimates: repair symptoms, service selections, vehicle details, urgency, add-ons, and estimate selections. The repair planner keeps its summary in your browser session unless you choose to copy it or provide it elsewhere.
  • Chat: messages you submit and, when you ask for a staff follow-up, your contact information and a recent conversation summary.
  • Email, reviews, and feedback: email-subscription details, review or testimonial details, rating, vehicle/service category, and town when you submit them.
  • Call and campaign information: caller number, call metadata, voicemail recordings when you leave voicemail, referral URL, landing page, campaign parameters, click identifiers, and device/browser category associated with a request.
  • Essential technical information: browser and device information, IP-address-level logs used by our hosting and security providers, and storage needed for site functionality and fraud/spam protection.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to a request, prepare or discuss a quote, coordinate an appointment request, provide customer support, improve site functionality, prevent fraud and spam, moderate reviews, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use contact information for transactional communications related to your request or service. A request for a quote, booking, or callback is not consent to recurring automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts. If we introduce promotional email or text programs, we will use separate consent and opt-out procedures.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to run the site, respond to your request, operate the business, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Current categories include:

  • Website hosting, data storage, security, and owner-notification providers that operate the website and process submitted requests on our behalf.
  • AI chat processing providers that help generate chat replies. Do not submit sensitive information to chat. Chat is informational support, not a diagnostic or final service commitment.
  • Email delivery providers used to send a shop copy of a request when configured.
  • Google services, including Google Tag Manager after your preference permits nonessential tags, and Google Maps, Directions, and Reviews when you interact with them.
  • AutoLeap when you leave this site to complete an online booking request. AutoLeap then processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
  • Twilio or similar call-tracking providers for call routing, call metadata, and voicemail recording when applicable.
  • Synchrony after you choose an off-site financing link. We do not collect credit-application or payment-card information on this website.

Shopmonkey is planned as a future shop-management system but is not currently active on this website. We will update this policy before or when a material change to that data flow goes live.

We do not knowingly rent contact details to data brokers or sell them for monetary payment. Where you affirmatively allow nonessential tracking, analytics or advertising providers may receive browser/device and event information through their own technologies as described below.

5. Cookies, browser storage, analytics, and advertising

We use essential browser storage for security, session preferences, spam prevention, attribution continuity, email-popup frequency, and repair-planner selections during a browser session. These features help the website work and do not require advertising tracking.

Nonessential Google, Meta, and Umami analytics or advertising technologies are kept off unless you choose “Allow analytics and ads” in our privacy-choice panel. You can reopen the panel from the Privacy choices button on the site at any time and decline nonessential tracking. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep nonessential tracking off.

Browser controls, ad-platform controls, and third-party privacy tools may also help limit cookies or ad personalization. Blocking some storage may affect optional functionality, but it will not prevent you from calling or emailing the shop.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide or document services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and service provider.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. If an incident involving information covered by applicable law occurs, we will follow the notification requirements that apply to the facts and jurisdiction.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or to stop non-transactional email contact, subject to verification and records we must keep for legal, business, or security reasons. You may also request information about our relevant data practices by emailing us.

If you receive a marketing communication from us in the future, follow the unsubscribe instructions in that communication. If you ask not to receive telemarketing calls, we will treat that as an entity-specific do-not-call request for future marketing outreach; it does not prevent necessary communications about a service you requested.

8. Children and third-party links

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review the request.

Third-party sites and applications have their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information after leaving this website.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technology changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version. For material changes, we will provide notice on this page or through another appropriate channel before or when the change takes effect, as required by law.
